12:45pm Q & ALES: WINTER WARMERS
'Tis the season to curl up by the fire with a warming ale! Taste some of the best 'winter warmer' Festival Beers and hear from the brewers behind them. With Andrew Childs (Behemoth), Luke Nicholas (Epic), Mason Pratt (Emerson's), Chris Mills (Kereru) and Brendon Nash (Chaotic Hop).

1:45pm Q & ALES: CIDER REVOLUTION
Right now, cider in New Zealand and Australia is amongst the best in the world and we are lucky enough to have some of the leaders here at GABS. Let's celebrate the humble apple. With Caroline Peckham (Peckham's Cider), David Tottle (Devils Brewery) and Sam Wilson (Rochdale).

2:45pm Q & ALES: LET'S GET WEIRD
We love weird stuff here at GABS. Beer that tastes like a curry? Yes please! Port in a beer? Ok, why not? Icecream infusions? One please. Come along and share a taste with the brewers. With Ziggy Mountier (Panhead Custom Ales), Dale Cooper (Fortune Favours), John Morawski (Laughing Bones), Ben Middlemiss (Brothers Beer) and Carlos de la Barra (Outlier Cartel).

7:15pm Q & ALES: SOURS & SAISONS
If you don't love sour beer then can you even say you love beer? Come along and find out what makes your beer sour, and all the fun flavours you'll find. With Soren Eriksen (8 Wired), Shigeo Takagi (Funk Estate), Hamish Ward (Deep Creek), Kieran Haslett-Moore (North End Brewery) and Jason Bathgate (McLeod's Brewery).

8:15pm ONE ON ONE: THE FUTURE OF BEER
Can you taste ownership? What should (and shouldn't) go on a beer label? And which beer style will topple the mighty NEIPA from it's perch? All this and more in a one-on-one chat with Beer Diary's Phil Cook on the big hot buttons in beer today.

9:15pm Q & ALES: JOIN THE DARK SIDE
From barrel aged Black IPAs to Russian Imperial Stouts, black is definitely 'the new black' when it comes to beer. Celebrate the darkness with our final Craft College session. With Craig Cooper (Bach Brewing), James Cooper (Lakeman Brewing), Tom Ball (Mount Brewing Co), Christina Wood (Liberty / Pink Boots) and and Sam Wilson (McCashin’s).
