A beer over two centuries in the making. Using a 220 year old yeast found in a shipwreck off the coast of Tasmania, James Squire, the Queen Victoria Museum & Art Gallery & the Australian Wine Research Institute have revived a beer from yesteryear crafting it into a modern day brew. Hear from the team behind this incredible project.
